Step 1
Add 1 lb of lean ground beef to skillet
Add 1 diced onion
Add spices: House seasoning (onion powder, garlic powder, paprika, salt & pepper)
Cook until beef is brown
Step 2
Add 2 tablespoons tomato paste
Add 1 box beef broth
Add 3/4 cups half & half cream, bring to a simmer
Add 1 box of macaroni noodles
Cover and simmer until noodles are al dente
Step 3
Add extra splash of cream if you need more moisture
Remove from heat then:
Mix in 1 cup shredded cheese (or 100 g). Stir till melted
Add in 1/4 cup Greek yogurt - turn heat off, do not simmer the yogurt.
Step 4
Serve with a garden salad:
Lettuce
Tomato
Cucumber
Carrots
Peppers
Light salad dressing of your choice or refer to the Greek Salad dressing in the meal plan
