Optional addition for the coleslaw dressing (can do Budget Menu without it): Plain Greek yogurt
Meatball Sub Tip: Make this the first night you get your groceries so your baguette doesn't go stale.
Pork Loin Tip: Once your pork loin is thawed, cut off about 1/3 of the loin for the fried rice recipe. Cook that portion for the fried rice and freeze it. Use the remaining 2/3 of the pork loin for the pulled pork recipe.
Pulled Pork Tip: Cook the pulled pork tacos on the first night and use the left over pulled pork for the second night with the mac & cheese. It spreads the labour time out that way as the mac & cheese takes 20 mins to make so easiest to just top the mac and cheese with left overs, saves time that way.
Chili Tip: Cook on the weekend so it has time to simmer for hours. Leftovers good for lunches. Can portion & freeze.
