Prepare Meat
1 pound lean ground beef
Form into 5 equal sized balls and place on taco shell, press down to form a patty on the taco shell
Add house seasoning to ground beef (garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt & pepper)
Cooking:
Cook meat side down in a frying pan on low to med heat. Cook meat fully through. Flip and cook again on the taco side. Add a slice of cheese to the meat and melt the cheese. Remove from heat.
Mac Sauce:
4 Tbsp light mayo
3 Tbsp ketchup
1 Tbsp mustard
Splash of pickle juice
1 tsp house seasoning (onion powder, garlic powder, paprika, salt & pepper)
Assemble by adding:
Thinly sliced lettuce
Diced tomatoes
Top with Mac Sauce
Top with pickles
Serve with a garden salad:
Lettuce
Tomato
Cucumber
Carrots
Peppers
Light salad dressing of your choice or refer to the Greek Salad dressing in the meal plan
