In one medium to large pot:
Cook:
One diced onion
Lean ground beef
Once beef browned, add seasonings
Onion Powder
Garlic Powder
Salt
Paprika
Chili Powder
Then add everything else:
Half tin of tomato paste
Kidney Beans
Black Beans
Canned Mushrooms
Tomato Sauce
Add about 1/3 container of beef broth
Simmer for atleast 30 mins. Can leave to simmer for a couple hours.
Prior to serving add additional toppings if you want: cottage cheese, grated cheese, greek yogurt, avacado, fresh herbs, etc.
