Option to cook twice as much chicken as needed to have left overs to use in the Chicken, Broccoli & Cheddar Rice dinner.
Cut chicken breasts in half so they are thinner
Cook chicken breasts:
Spray oil in pan
Pre-heat pan
Season chicken with salt & pepper
Cook chicken for approx 5 mins on each side till it gets golden brown
Temp your chicken. When at 155 degrees add extra seasonings (any premix seasonings you have on hand)
Check chicken temp again and remove from pan at 165 degrees. Let chicken rest on plate to redistribute juices.
Assemble Chicken Burger:
Add optional cheese
Top with lettuce and tomato
Top with light mayo or a light spicy mayo
Top with hot sauce
